SAVI Fitness- Orange Theory, Rowing and OMG!
The workout is divided into two categories of cardio and strength training. Since I have a love-hate relationship with cardio I began with strength training. The strength training was a cross between HIIT, Crossfit, and weight lifting combinations. Now, as for the cardio, well, that was incredibly painful. Let’s say there was a lot of huffing and puffing going on. Also, my legs were about to fall off towards the last minute left, lol.

The studio is perfectly located in an up and coming neighborhood in Costa Mesa (a hidden gem in my view). I will have to warn you there are some delicious food options just a few doors down. The studio has soft ocean blue walls with an ambiance of being right on the sand. A single wall has an image of a beautiful girl surfing which is more than enough motivation needed to get bikini ready!
SAVI Fitness - Vibes Hot Yoga - The Hottest Yoga Studio in the OC
I love this class because it’s a butt-kicking one every time and the instructors keep it fresh! Also, it’s the most focus on toning so; I like to sprinkle it in at least 3 times a week. If you are looking for a yoga class that will leave you dripping wet this is the class for you! Ps. you will feel the burn before even leaving class.
