I completely agree with a more gentle approach (aka baby steps). These easy-to-do morning warm-ups will get your blood pumping to either motivate you for a morning run, gym or simply going to work with a kick in your step. Regardless the level of your motivation, it’s a New Year but it doesn’t mean that you have to be a new you right this minute! You have the entire year to get it right. So, Happy New Year! Happy New You! I hope these easy home warm-ups get you ready for when the weather begins to turn in our favor.
