Studio Style/Philosophy: The studio is filled with energy from its red and black color walls to the equipment hanging with extra thick metal chains.
Fitness Level Needed: None, they work with you one-on-one throughout the class and step in to provide an alternative per your needs.
Facility: Space is efficiently used and as effective as there 30-minute workouts. Trainers kept it very clean and impeccable.

I arrived at this workout with some hesitation. I’m not very good at being aggressive (think very girly) and worried about breaking my hand or something super lame. However, the trainers right away were warm and friendly. They give a super short and quick breakdown on the studio and get you started within minutes. So, if you are looking for the most super efficient and time-saving workout? This is it!
The studio is set up for 9 rounds and 3 minutes long with 30-second restorative cardio intervals. As for why it’s the most efficient workout ever? Well, the studio does NOT have any set times you can begin (obviously within store hours) within minutes. At arrival you put your belongings away, warm up when the next 30-second cardio begins, and jump right in! So literally within a minute you can get going. After you’re all done, you high five the people that witness your survival of the 9 rounds (lol!) and you’re out! If you’re wondering about the actual workout it’s mainly focused on Kickboxing/HITT and you definitely get to use boxing gloves as well (not for every round).
After my third workout, I realized two things, I love kickboxing (PUNCHING) a lot and I was sore in ways that I didn’t think were possible. The second one came to a surprise since I didn’t realize I was working out those muscles (mainly back and abdomen). I am now am a true believer that kickboxing is a full body workout. NO. DOUBT. ABOUT. IT.
I do want to add that their customers range from beginners to advanced, however, the best feature (besides its efficiency) were their trainers. They are always with you during the workout. They will help by motivating you (they add to your combination and guide you through it) or they will adjust a round before you began so that it’s more within your level of fitness. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed their workouts and give it 100% my approval especially for busy moms always on the go!
