However, a one-month challenge isn’t long enough to truly conquer that mountain lol! I did make some improvements but I still wouldn't consider myself a runner by any means. So, I decide this month to try a 5K for beginners and see how much more I can improve my game. The world of the internet gives you tons of different options and challenges to get you started. However, I decided this particular challenge would be a good start to my beginner status while still making it seem possible at completing my new goal. I’m a firm believer that anything is possible, however, taking small steps at a time (more time consuming but allows more time for a true commitment and adjustment) will allow you a better chance of success.
