SAVI Fitness - Jogging VS Me!

However, I’m very much aware of the importance of cardio, so this year I’m going to start with a beginner of beginners fool-proof approach. This 3 days a week jogging schedule that I have posted above will be my starting point along with my home workouts (check out Tone It Up.com for free home workouts). Next month I will give you my full report of my progress. As much as I would like to walk away from cardio, I know that what doesn’t kill me will only make me stronger! So stay tuned…
